Magrabi Health Hosts the First “See the Risk of Diabetes” Awareness Race on Jeddah’s Waterfront With Over 500 Participants

Jeddah’s waterfront was filled with vibrant energy as Magrabi Health held the first “See the Risk of Diabetes” race, gathering more than 500 participants from different age groups to promote diabetes awareness and encourage healthier lifestyle habits.

 

The initiative comes in response to the rising prevalence of diabetes across the Kingdom, highlighting the importance of early detection to reduce complications—especially diabetic retinopathy, a leading cause of vision loss.

 

Magrabi Health reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing early detection through advanced AI-powered retinal screening, enabling faster and more accurate diagnosis for timely and effective intervention.

 

The organization extended its gratitude to all participants and supporters, announcing plans to expand the initiative into an annual series across Jeddah, the Eastern Region, Riyadh, and additional cities in the coming year.
